Power Transmission Seals,Axial Clamp Seals
Axial clamp seals are supplied as rolled-up coils. They are placed in position on their seat in the housing and bolted lightly together. They are then pushed forward toward the counterface and the gap (or joint) between the two ends is arranged at the 6 o’clock position . The clamps are finally tightened.axial clamp seals are made of profiled strips of non-reinforced nitrile rubber and are held firmly in position by stainless steel band clamps. They are available for shaft diameters ranging from 150 to 4 600 mm.
Static Seals Static sealing solutions are used for applications involving no movement between the sealing component and the surface. A distinction is made between static axial seals, where sealing occurs parallel to the seal centerline, and static radial seals, where the seal centerline has a radial seal.Get dependable rotary shaft seals. Help retain bearing lubricant and minimize the entry of dirt, oil and moisture that can damage and cause premature failure of the bearing and other components. Choose from single lip, dual lip with spring and single lip with spring seals in a wide range of sizes.
